Accepting the Terms of Service
6funny respects your privacy. Please read these terms of service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Site or any services provided on the Site (collectively, “Services”). By using or accessing the Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which is a binding contract between you and the operator of this site. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, please exit the website immediately.

6funny (We) may offer to provide the Services, as described more fully on the Site, and which are selected by Subscriber, solely for Subscriber’s own use. If you access the Site from outside Hong Kong, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

All materials displayed or performed on the Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, illustrations, software or source code, audio and video, animations and Themes (collectively, “Content”) are the property of 6funny and third parties protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to 6funny and/or third parties. Also, subscriber may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, upload, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in this Section), create derivative works based on, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Content, software, materials, or Services in whole or in part.
Subscriber may download or copy the images, and other items displayed on the Site for personal use only, provided that Subscriber maintains all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. It is prohibited to use for commercial use without prior written permission from 6funny.

3. Subscriber Content
Subscriber hereby grant and agrees to grant 6funny a the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to adapt, edit and generally use and exploit all and/or any portion of the Content. 4. Third party websites
6funny has included links to third party sites, which they are not under control of us. 6funny disclaim: (a) all responsibility and liability for content on third party websites and (b) any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) You might be requested to give any third party, and You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against the Site or Rollin' Egg with respect to such sites and third party content.

5. Registration and security
Subscriber shall provide Rollin' Egg with accurate, complete, and updated registration information, including Subscriber’s e-mail address. Subscriber may not select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person. 6funny reserves the right to refuse registration of, or terminated by 6funny in any of time. Subscriber is solely responsible to keep his/her password and account information to his/ her own. Subscriber agrees to notify 6funny immediately of any actual or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized use of Subscriber’s account or password. The Site will take reasonably security precautions when using the internet, telephone or other means to transport date or other communications, but expressly disclaims any and all liability for the accessing of any such data communications by unauthorized persons or entities.

6. Limitation of liability
6funny are not responsible to the following during our service providing (a) any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever; (b) damages for loss of use, profits, data, images, Subscriber Content or other intangibles; (c) damages for unauthorized use, non-performance of the Site, errors or omissions; or (d) damages related to downloading or posting Content. We specifically and expressly disclaim any liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of our in any way connected with access to or use of this site even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability to users based on any claim arising out of or in connection with the site or its content shall in no case exceed the amounts, if any, paid by the user to us.

7. Termination
6funny has the right to terminate any service users if they violated any of the policy on above.
